| Bio: | "The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off." Gloria Steinem Hello! Who am I? I am political, emotional and I like to laugh. I am a social worker, a writer and a lesbian. I'm heading toward my late twenties and starting to decide where next to take my life. I have strong opinions about a lot of things and I like to share them with others, but I also enjoy talking to other people about their opinions. I've discovered that I'm in the midst of the years when one is inundated with wedding and birth announcements. I've attended more weddings, commitment ceremonies, baby showers and bachelorette parties than I ever thought possible. However, not to be outdone, my partner and I are currently planning our own joining for the fall of 2008. It is, apparently, the thing to do at our age, and we are, after all, madly in love. I should tell you that my journal may discuss some issues that people might be sensitive to, including but not limited to: politics, LGBT issues, relationships, mental illness, my hatred of the color orange, etc. If you feel that these topics might be too volatile, you may not want to read my journal, and you might find this site more to your liking.
